Good to know

Quaint cabin with updates everywhere you turn. Features a lakeside family room with several windows to view the lake. Kitchen and dining area are open to each other with bedrooms off the sides of each. Plenty of room to spread out.

Other Details to Note

- We are on a well. Our water is softened and safe to drink but does have an iron taste. Please bring bottled water if any hesitation with well water. - The lake does not have a boat landing. Kayaks are available for rent. - Please respect that we have neighbors on both sides of the cabin. The property line on the north side is the tree line. We ask that you keep noise down after 10 pm to not disturb our neighbors.

House Rules

Please remove shoes when in home. Quiet time from 10 PM to 6 AM out of respect to neighbors. No rv's or campers.

Accessibility

Neighborhood

Set on a private lake with a few neighbors. Just minutes off the main highways close to towns and activities. The lake is swimable with sandy frontage and some weeds. We are 10 minutes from a public swimming beach.

Guest Access

Plenty of parking on site. We are .4 miles to popular Bearskin state trail. Lake frontage right out the back door for fishing, boating, and swimming.

The cabin was just as described. Has all the amenities you need for a nice getaway. You only need to bring your food and clothes the cabin has everything else you will need. Daniel would message and ask how things were going and if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend.

We booked our stay last minute and Daniel contacted us right away to let us know that there was na error on the system and the place was not ready for guests that evening. He offered us to stay the next day but by then we ended up staying some place else. He asked us to request to cancel the reservation which we did. Now Airbnb doesn’t have a way to confirm if it was cancelled or not. I will have to check on my credit card receipt.

We had such a great time!! Great place affordable on the water all things we were looking for :-) Daniel was always in communication with us and answers all questions. We would definitely rent from him again. Thank you Daniel :-)

Stayed for a short fishing trip. The house was clean, comfortable with amenities. Nice setting on the lake, nestled in the pines. Plenty of parking for a boat with a trailer. Dan was very responsive and quickly answered any questions that we had. Will stay here again in the future.
